In our opinion, Maple Syrup is the world's best all natural sweetener. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives. Maple Syrup comes in Four Table grades and is based on color. From lightest to darkest we produce Fancy, A-Medium, A-Dark, and B. All grades have wonderful flavor and are unique in their own right. Generally the the lighter the grade the more delicate the maple flavor; the darker the grade, the heartier the Maple Flavor!
